These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the online store www.wkfbacknumber.com.
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms.

• All prices are quoted in euros (€).
• Prices include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
• Shipping costs are shown separately during the payment process.
The price valid at the time of order confirmation applies.

5. Ordering process and conclusion of contract
1. The buyer places their order via the webshop.
2. An automatic order confirmation email is sent.
3. The sales contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order or sends the goods.
The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of pricing errors, stock problems, or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
The accepted payment methods are those displayed during the payment process (e.g., credit/debit card, online payment providers).
Payment must be made before delivery.

- purpose of processing: delivery of ordered, purchased products by courier service
- duration of data processing: 8 years according to the Accounting Act, except for the telephone number, which is: 3 working days from delivery
• Delays caused by third parties (courier services, customs authorities, force majeure) are not the responsibility of the Seller.
• The risk is transferred to the Customer upon delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by email.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The Customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or unsuitable.

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Customized or personalized products
• Sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons
• Goods damaged due to improper use

10. Warranty and liability
The products are covered by the statutory warranty under Cypriot law and EU consumer protection legislation.
The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation.
These Terms and Conditions do not in any way limit liability for fraud or gross negligence.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of the Seller and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
